We’re building the future of how organisations grow
and we’re always looking for the right people to build it with.
At rev.space, we help complex, scaling companies re-architect their approach to growth. That means big thinking, systems-level work and hands-on collaboration with ambitious clients across tech, SaaS and professional services.
We’re not a typical consultancy and we’re not looking for typical applicants.
Whether we’re hiring right now or not, we’re always keen to meet sharp, curious minds who want to shape how modern growth really works.
What we value
Flexibility
We believe in outcomes over hours. You’ll have ownership over your work and the freedom to shape how it gets done.
Mastery
We value people who are always levelling up, deepening their expertise, exploring new approaches and pushing for better.
Outcomes, not output
We don’t measure success in slide decks or ticket velocity. We care about real-world change for our clients and for ourselves.
Passion for the mission
We’re here to change how growth works. That means challenging assumptions, reframing problems and staying energised by the bigger picture.
Natural systems thinkers
Whether your background is in strategy, ops, technology or creative, what unites us is the way we think. We see the patterns, connect the dots and design with purpose.

Marketing Manager
Client-Facing | Flexible hrs/week
Approx 25 hrs/ week
£40,000 depending on experience
US B2B Tech & ABM Focus | Employee Role
rev.space is looking for a Marketing Manager to help our clients deliver smarter, more effective growth marketing programmes. You’ll become an extension of one of our B2B technology clients, playing a key role in executing campaigns, creating content, managing marketing activity and supporting account-based marketing (ABM), sales enablement and revenue generation initiatives.
This is a highly hands-on role for an experienced marketer who enjoys combining strategy with execution. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders and the rev.space leadership team to bring marketing plans to life through HubSpot, email marketing, content, social media and campaign management. You’ll be involved in weekly client meetings, helping to keep projects moving forward and ensuring marketing activity is delivered to a consistently high standard.
We’re a lean team with a flat structure, so we’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable building landing pages and email campaigns in HubSpot, creating content with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, coordinating with designers and subject matter experts, and contributing ideas to improve campaign performance. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
This is a remote role of approximately 25 hours per week, spread across five working days. As you’ll be embedded within a US-based client’s team, you’ll need regular overlap with US business hours and flexibility to attend client meetings when required. You’ll typically work with one primary client at a time, with opportunities to support different businesses as rev.space continues to grow.
To find out more or apply for this role, please send us your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note outlining your availability, HubSpot experience and relevant B2B marketing background. We review every application and will get back to all applicants.
Freelance SDR (UK-Based)

£30–40/hr depending on experience + Commission
rev.space is looking for a sharp, commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us open doors with senior decision-makers in B2B tech and professional services companies.
This is a freelance, part-time role for someone who’s confident on the phone, fluent in modern prospecting tools (like Apollo, HubSpot, Fibbler, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and comfortable working async to a clear goal: book qualified, meaningful meetings that lead to commercial conversations. You’ll play a vital role in identifying real pain points, not just booking calls, so our growth team can step in with insight, clarity and tailored solutions.
